We are investigating connectivity issues affecting access to Shardly Mail through external email clients and integrations. Webmail remains available, but SMTP submission and IMAP connections may time out.

The issue has been traced to upstream network filtering. We are working with our infrastructure provider to restore full connectivity as quickly as possible.

Email delivery between mail servers is currently operational. We will provide another update when the required network changes have been completed.
